Access to and use of the m.ph365 Platform is strictly restricted to persons who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. This requirement is non-negotiable and is enforced in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law governing gambling activities. Any person who provides false information regarding their age to gain access to the Platform will have their account immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and may be subject to further legal action.
The Platform is intended for use by persons physically located within the Republic of the Philippines. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of m.ph365 complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction. The Operator reserves the right to restrict access to the Platform from any territory without notice.
By registering an account, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Philippine law, that you are not subject to any court order or regulatory prohibition preventing you from engaging in gambling activities, and that you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
The following persons are not permitted to register or maintain an account on m.ph365: (a) employees of the Operator and their immediate family members; (b) employees of game software providers whose products appear on the Platform; (c) persons who have self-excluded from the Platform or from gambling activities pursuant to any applicable self-exclusion scheme; (d) persons who have been identified by the Operator as problem gamblers.
Each individual user is permitted to register and operate exactly one (1) m.ph365 account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, the Operator reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and retain any funds within those accounts pending investigation.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid Philippine mobile number. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. m.ph365 may require documentary evidence to verify the information provided, including government-issued identification such as a Philippine passport, UMID card, or driver's licence.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your m.ph365 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. You agree to notify m.ph365 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. The Operator shall not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
You may request the closure of your m.ph365 account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable time, and any remaining account balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method following standard verification procedures. The Operator reserves the right to close any account for breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or at its absolute discretion, with or without prior notice.
m.ph365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Accepted methods may be updated periodically and are displayed on the Platform's banking page at the time of transaction.
All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — i.e., deposits made from accounts or payment methods not belonging to the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the Platform's banking page and are subject to change. Deposits are credited to your m.ph365 wallet promptly upon confirmation, which for GCash and Maya is typically instantaneous.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in the account holder's name. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. The Operator reserves the right to request additional KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation before processing any withdrawal. Standard processing times are set out on the Platform's banking page. m.ph365 targets a processing time of under five (5) minutes for GCash withdrawals, though actual processing times may vary.
All transactions on m.ph365 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. USDT TRC20 transactions are converted at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction as displayed on the Platform.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by m.ph365 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any inconsistency between these general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, and time limits for each bonus are specified in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and wagering requirements expire if not satisfied within the specified period.
m.ph365 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; using wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements; and coordinating with other players to exploit promotions. Where bonus abuse is identified, the Operator reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and permanently close the account without prior notice.

Each game available on m.ph365 is governed by individual game rules published within the game interface or the Platform's help section. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those rules in addition to these Terms. All outcomes in slot games, bingo, and RNG-based table games are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software, the integrity of which is independently verified. Live dealer game outcomes are determined in real time by physical game elements (cards, dice, roulette wheels) in a controlled studio environment.
In the event of a technical malfunction, systems error, or disconnection during gameplay, m.ph365 will use its reasonable endeavours to resolve the issue fairly. The Operator's decision regarding any disputed game outcome is final and binding. Bets placed during a system malfunction may be voided at the Operator's discretion.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use any intellectual property of m.ph365 or its licensors.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, m.ph365 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service, even if the Operator has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Operator's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your m.ph365 account in the six (6) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
The collection, use, and protection of your personal data by m.ph365 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may review the Privacy Policy at any time via the link in the footer of the Platform.
m.ph365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by displaying an updated version of the Terms on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute between the User and m.ph365 that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration in the Philippines, conducted in the English language, before a mutually agreed arbitrator. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a Philippine court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
