This Privacy Policy ("Policy") applies to all personal data processed by m.ph365 ("we," "us," "our," or "the Operator") in connection with the operation of the online gaming platform accessible at mph365.one and any associated services, mobile interfaces, or promotional communications (collectively, the "Platform"). This Policy governs data collected from users in the Republic of the Philippines and is prepared in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

When you register an account on m.ph365, we collect the following personal data: your full legal name; date of birth; Philippine residential address; mobile number (Globe or Smart); email address (where provided); and login credentials (username and encrypted password). This information is required to create and maintain your account.
To comply with PAGCOR regulatory requirements and applicable anti-money laundering obligations, m.ph365 may request copies of government-issued identification documents issued by Philippine authorities, including but not limited to: Philippine passport; UMID card; SSS ID; PhilHealth ID; voter's ID; or driver's licence issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO). Selfie photographs for liveness verification may also be requested.
m.ph365 collects financial information necessary to process deposits and withdrawals, including GCash mobile numbers, Maya account details, bank account identifiers (for BPI, BDO, and UnionBank), and transaction reference numbers. We do not store complete payment credentials. Full bank account numbers and card numbers are processed by our payment partners and are not retained in m.ph365 systems.
We collect records of your gaming activity on the Platform, including games played, bets placed, wagers won and lost, session duration, and transaction history. This data is used for regulatory reporting, responsible gaming monitoring, and service improvement purposes.
When you access m.ph365, we automatically collect technical data including: IP address; device type and model; operating system and version; browser type and version; mobile network operator (e.g., Globe, Smart, DITO); session timestamps; and referring URL. m.ph365 services are strictly restricted to persons aged 21 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from an individual below the minimum age, we will immediately close the associated account, void any transactions, and securely delete all associated personal data. Parents or guardians who believe their child may have registered on the Platform are urged to contact us immediately at the details in Section 14.
Where m.ph365 engages service providers or infrastructure partners whose systems are located outside the Republic of the Philippines, any transfer of your personal data to those jurisdictions will be conducted in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act and will be subject to appropriate contractual safeguards ensuring a standard of protection equivalent to that provided under Philippine law. m.ph365 will not transfer personal data to any jurisdiction unless satisfied that adequate protections are in place.
m.ph365 reserves the right to update or revise this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy and, where appropriate, notify registered users via the email address or mobile number associated with their account. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy. We recommend reviewing this Policy periodically.
